Power 90 W1D4 Day 4 Sculpt 1-2

Sculpt 1-2 done this morning, used the 3kg weights all the way through, push-ups on my knees and many grunts and groans through 7-7-7s and chair dips (feet in). Also, I got 15 chair dips with my feet in this time, last time I did 5, took a break and did the last 5 with them. Progress!
