Food and exercise diary - Monday 3rd October 2011

Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled in the microwave with a little milk

Lunch:
6" Subway Roasted Chicken on Honey Oat with lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber, lots of pickles and some honey mustard dressing.

Dinner:
Honey mustard chicken with vegetables

Drinks:
2 litres of water
1 cup of hot tea with sugar

Exercise:
3km bike ride
