Breakfast:
2 slices of multigrain toast with butter and Vegemite
Snack:
5 raw almonds
Lunch:
6" Subway Roasted Chicken on Honey Oat with lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber, lots of pickles and some honey mustard dressing.
Snack:
4 chocolate biscuits
Dinner:
1 bacon, cheese and beef pie with sauce
Drinks:
1 litre of water
1 cup of tea
1 can of Pepsi Max
Exercise:
1 hour of taekwon-do
