Food and exercise diary - Sunday 9th October 2011

Breakfast:
Spaghetti with chevups and barbecue sauce

Lunch:
Roast pork with vegetables, gravy and apple sauce
1 slice of white chocolate mud cake

Dinner:
Creamy tomato and salami fettucini

Drinks:
2 cans of Pepsi Max
1/2 a bottle of Gatorade
1 litre of water

Exercise:
2.5 hours of taekwon-do
