Power 90 W1D6 Day 6 Sculpt 1-2

Okay, day six workout done! Sculpt 1-2 and might I just add, ow!!! I used 4kg weights for all of the exercises except the back scratchers, kick backs and shoulder flys when I used 3kg weights. Three weeks till my first weigh-in and new photos! :D
