Food and exercise diary - Saturday 1st October 2011

Brunch:
6" Subway Roasted Chicken on Honey Oat with lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber, lots of pickles and some honey mustard dressing.

Dinner:
Creamy tomato and salami pasta

Drinks:
2 litres of water
1 can of Pepsi Max

Exercise:
Digging a trench in the front yard!
