Power 90 W2D6 Day 13 Sweat 1-2

Week 2 is finito! After my post yesterday, today I pulled out my latest workout yet. In fact, all day it was in the back of my mind and I kept thinking "if you keep putting it off, you'll end up skipping it" and I seriously thought about doing just that but eventually I realised I was being stupid and that getting behind on my workouts at this stage of the game is a super bad idea! It wasn't too bad, Power Yoga DID kick my butt still but all in all, I felt like I'm getting stronger with the moves and that I wasn't getting as out of breath as I used to. Yippee! :D
