Strawberry and orange sorbet, made in Thermomix
Lunch:
Apricot chicken risotto
Dinner:
Bacon and pineapple fried in the fry pan together
Snack:
1 packet of brandied baskets
Drinks:
2.8 litres of water
Exercise:
10km bike ride
