Food and exercise diary - Sunday 25 September 2011

Breakfast:
2 poached eggs
2 slices of buttered toast
1 can of tinned tomatoes

Lunch:
1/2 serve of Chicken Wellington
1/2 serve of sweet potato mash

Dinner:
1/2 serve of Chicken Wellington
1/2 serve of sweet potato mash

Drinks:
2.1 litres of water

Exercise:
15.48km bike ride
