Food and exercise diary - Wednesday 21 September 2011

Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled in the microwave with a little milk, onions and polski ogorki

Snack:
1 apple

Lunch:
Pasta E Fagioli

Snack:
1 apple
10 raw almonds

Dinner:
2 slices of toast with butter and Vegemite

Drinks:
2.1 litres of water

Exercise:
1 hour of taekwon-do
