Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled in the microwave with a little milk
Snack:
A small slice of vegetable quiche (no pastry), given to me by a girl at work
Lunch:
6" Subway Roasted Chicken on Honey Oat with lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber, lots of pickles and some honey mustard dressing.
Snack:
10 raw almonds
1 apple
Dinner:
Half a container of Beef Stroganoff
1 slice of toast with butter and Vegemite
Drinks:
2.8 litres of water
Exercise:
1 hour of taekwon-do
