Breakfast:
2 slices of multigrain toast with butter and Vegemite

Snack:
1 apple

Lunch:
Sweet & Sour pork
Honey chicken
Steamed rice

Dinner:
Pasta E Fagioli

Drinks:
2.1 litres of water
A few sips of apple cider

Exercise:
1 hour of taekwon-do
