2 eggs, scrambled in the microwave with a little milk, onions and polski ogorki

Snack:
1 apple

Lunch:
Baf's creamy chicken and vegetables

Snack:
10 raw almonds

Dinner:
Spanish Beef

Drinks:
2.1 litres of water

Exercise:
7.18km bike ride
