Apricot chicken risotto

Blue corn chips and WAY too much Queso fundido dip!
Enchilada con Queso
Two slices of this beef in tortilla thing my husband ordered
Dessert:
1 sopapilla and a tiny bit of ice cream
1 1/2 Churros with chocolate sauce
Drinks:
2.8 litres of water
1 margarita
