2 eggs, scrambled in the microwave with a little milk, onions and polski ogorki

Snack:
11 raw almonds
1 teaspoon of Vegemite

Lunch:
Spanish Beef

Snack:
2 apples

Dinner:
Pasta E Fagioli

Drinks:
2.8 litres of water

Exercise:
None
