Breakfast:
2 slices of buttered toast with Vegemite

Lunch:
Teriyaki Beef

Snack:
4 chocolate biscuits

Dinner:
Lasagne

Drinks:
1.4 litres of water
1 cup of hot tea with sugar

Exercise:
1 hour of taekwon-do
