Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled in the microwave with a little milk, onions and polski

Snack:
10 raw almonds

Lunch:
Tomato soup
2 slices of buttered bread

Snack:
10 raw almonds
2 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (Gross!)

Dinner:
Creamy tomato & salami fettuccini

Drinks:
2 litres of water
