Food and exercise diary - Wednesday 28 September 2011

Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled in the microwave with a little milk, onions and polski

Lunch:
Creamy tomato & salami fettuccini

Dinner:
Pasta E Fagioli

Drinks:
1.4 litres of water
2 cups of Milo

Exercise:
1 hour of taekwon-do
