Breakfast:
2 eggs, scrambled in the microwave with a little milk and salt
Snack:
10 raw almonds
Lunch:
1 container of Hungarian Goulash
Snack:
10 raw almonds
Dinner:
6" Subway Roasted Chicken on Honey Oat with lettuce, tomato, onion, carrot, cucumber, lots of pickles and some honey mustard dressing.
Drinks:
3.3 litres of water
Exercise:
7.13km bike ride
